Joseph Jabbour is a French and Lebanon artists, living in Paris. Inspired by his architectural education, his light tones and pastel photographs explore urban environment. Elaborated, his graphic works draw poetry from gloomy realities.
“Untitled III” is a clear and clever example of relief possibilities. Windows and shutters in the upper right corner directly oppose a large grey monochrome. The relief somehow highlights the geometric lightness captured by Joseph Jabbour.
